Bedtime shouldn’t feel like a nightly war. This workshop is your guide to creating peaceful, emotionally grounded sleep routines that help your child (and you) feel safe enough to rest. We’ll look at how overstimulation, anxiety, and unspoken needs show up at night and what to do about it. Sleep is more than a routine; it's an emotional transition. Let's make it gentle.
