About Dreamweavers

Dreamweavers was born from a simple truth: mental wellbeing support should feel human, not clinical. It should be creative, inclusive, and designed for real lives, not just the easy ones.

At the heart of Dreamweavers is Tracy Kearns MSc, an EMCC-accredited coach with deep roots in education, family support, and children’s mental health. With academic foundations in Childhood Studies and Psychology and two decades of experience in schools and children’s organisations
Tracy brings both expertise and empathy to every session. She’s also a mum, a neurodivergent advocate, and someone who knows how hard it can be to ask for help when you're busy holding everything together.

Her mission? To make mental wellbeing accessible, practical, and deeply supportive for this generation and the families raising them. Whether it's through one-to-one coaching, creative group sessions, school partnerships or downloadable resources, Tracy’s work helps people feel safe enough to change and strong enough to grow.

Beside her is Cherry Hills, the creative heart of Dreamweavers and the wild imagination behind much of the magic. Cherry is passionate about making neurodiversity not just visible but celebrated. Her goal is simple and powerful: to help people embrace their eccentricities, live out loud, and find joy in who they are. Life’s too short to pretend to be normal.

Together, Tracy and Cherry built Dreamweavers as a space where wellbeing isn’t a buzzword,it’s a rebellion. A rebellion against burnout, against shame, against having to mask your feelings just to get through the day.

This is support for families, for young people, for schools and for anyone who needs someone in their corner. It's real, warm, creative, and kind and we’re so glad you’re here.
