HE Teen and parent room

These session designed for Home Educating Families these circles are a space for families to come together, to pause, connect, and grow side by side.

Led by Cherry and her teenage daughter Lily, each session invites you into a short shared activity designed to build emotional awareness, connection, and confidence for both young people and their parents. There’s also time to talk, reflect, or just listen in.

You don’t need to be ideally in sync with your teen to join. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need a little curiosity and a willingness to show up.
